From layering clothes to autumn boots, fashion is in high gear during this time of year. This being said, there are three must haves for every fall season, every girl should have a classic pair of leather boots, a nice fall jacket and pair of denim jeans that flatter your figure.
When choosing your boots aim for simplicity, this way it will enable you to dress them up or dress them down. Keep in mind that a pair of leather boots is quite a hefty purchase and by choosing a simple yet nice pair of boots you will be able to wear them for more than one season, try and steer away from trend and aim for classic. With that said, a classic pair of boots will make every fall outfit look put together.
Also, it's fall and it is getting chilly, therefore do not undermine the importance of a nice looking coat, considering that you will be wearing it everyday. Again, when choosing your coat, go for a classic look that looks nice on you, because granted the cargo look is very hot right now, but it might not be hot in fall 2011, therefore you want to go with something that is timeless like a nice leather jacket or a classic trench coat.
Last but not least, a great pair of dark denim jeans will go a long way, you can either dress them down for a casual day or dress them up for night out on the town. Go for quality and not name brand, I speak from experience when saying premium denim isn't all it made up to be. In less than a year I bought four pairs of premium denim jeans be it citizens of humanity, JBRAND, or Rich and skinny and they all were bust. Therefore, the best advice I can give you, is to worry less about the logo and more about the quality you are getting. Also, the same goes for jeans, steer away from what is hot "right now", make sure what you're getting looks good on you and that in itself will make you look fashionable. A flattering cut is always fashionable.
On a final note, I recommend you spend more money on classic and timeless items that are rich in quality, because you will get more bang for your buck. With trendy items I suggest you go to stores like H&M, Forever 21, Zara etc. because the fashion world is always changing, therefore you will spend a lot less money on things that may last a season or two.Your bank account will not get the brunt of your fashion must haves of the season, and will come as less of a disappointment when having only worn those cargo jeans 4 times this summer, but having spent $50 instead of $400.
